Move Abroad Coaching
Planning to move abroad or already adjusting to life in a new country? I’ll help you prepare emotionally, mentally, and practically. Together we’ll explore:

Move Abroad Indivdual Coaching: This one-on-one coaching series is designed for expats, future expats, and creatives who want deeper, personalized support through life transitions. Across six 50-minute sessions, we’ll clarify your goals, explore challenges, and use creative, reflective tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and inspired. You’ll receive individualized guidance shaped by my experience as a licensed professional counselor, art therapist, and creativity coach — so you can navigate change with clarity and self-trust, wherever you are in the world.
Move Abroad Group Coaching: Preparing to move abroad or adjusting to life in a new country can bring excitement, uncertainty, and a rollercoaster of emotions. This small-group coaching experience offers a supportive, creative space to explore the mental and emotional side of the expat journey alongside others who “get it.”
As a licensed professional counselor, art therapist, and creativity coach, I guide each session using a blend of reflection, discussion, and creative expression (no art experience required!). Together, we’ll explore common challenges like leaving loved ones behind, navigating identity changes, coping with homesickness, and building resilience in times of transition.
You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, emotional grounding, and creative tools you can continue using long after the group ends.
Move Abroad Journal Sprints: Moving abroad changes everything - your routines, your relationships, your sense of self.
Before you go, give yourself space to reflect.Join me for Journal Sprints, a weekly 30-minute journaling session made for future expats. We’ll write, pause, and prepare for what’s ahead. You will also have time to meet and connect with others who are preparing to move abroad and dealing with the same stressors you are!
Move Abroad Consultations: Through Expatsi, I also provide for Mental Health Professionals looking to move their practice to a new country or for military veterans looking to move to a new country and wanting to know how this will impact their benefits. Creative Coaching
For artists, writers, and creative spirits of all levels who want to make space for their work, deepen their practice, or overcome internal blocks. You do not need any artistic talent or experience to benefit from creative coaching. These sessions provide:
